Select Devices and click on insert guest additions
go to the CD and run
```
sudo ./autorun.sh
```

Shared folder

go to Devices and setup your shared folder
add your user to the vboxsf group to get access to the folder
```
sudo usermod -aG vboxsf kubuntu
```
